How to make the cheats work...

Okay, you go to the folder with the actul game in it, or it might be on your desktop. All you do is right-click on it, select make 'shortcut', and when the shortcut comes up, right click on it and select properties. All you do is type: _-console NOTE: the underscore is one space after the default typing. When done, clicl apply,a and start the shortcut. Click console, and type sv_cheats 1 now select a map, and you are ready to use cheats.
